Temporary shortage of Substrat 2 ("red soil") – please use Gramoflor where
Dear all, We would like to let you know that our stock of Substrat 2 ("red soil") is currently limited. Our supplier has informed us that the product is temporarily out of stock, with an expected delivery time of 3–4 weeks. To help us manage the remaining stock, we kindly ask everyone to use the alternative Gramoflor whenever possible and reserve Substrat 2 for experiments that specifically require it. We currently have sufficient stock of Gramoflor available. For reference, I have attached the technical data sheets for both substrates. Substrat 2 has a higher base fertilization, while Gramoflor has lower nutrient and salt levels. To help us prioritize the remaining stock for experiments that specifically require Substrat 2, please let Paige, our Core Facility Technician, know as soon as possible if the alternative substrate is not suitable for your experiment. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that the remaining stock of Substrat 2 is available for experiments that specifically require it. Cheers, Atena I’m aware that your workday may look different than mine. Please do not feel obligated to respond outside of your normal working hours.
