Dear all,
The main water pump of the MPL phytotrons broke.
The spare parts are in stock, and the pump will be repaired asap.
This issue affects mainly the humidification system, thus we can’t guarantee the set humidity values of 60% rel. hum. In well booked phytotrons this is not an issue as there is enough transpiration to keep the setpoints.
This is the status of the rel. humidity:
#18: 44%
#19: 60%
#20: 60%
#21: 55%
#22: 53%
#23: 52%
The automated watering system is not affected, as we found a workaround that works well.
I will inform you as soon as the pump is back in service.
