VBCF NGS — PIP-seq seminar, 2nd round
Dear VBCF-NGS User Community,
Based on multiple requests, we will be repeating this seminar to make sure to reach as many researchers as possible:
Building on a fruitful collaboration with the MTD (Molecular Tool Development) facility, we have been working to establish an in-house single-cell sequencing solution. We now believe the a first protocol is mature enough to be shared with our users and to be tested in the context of real scientific experiments. To ensure a smooth process, we will initially limit this service to VBC scientists. Next week, on June 2, we would like to present this solution to you and discuss the technical background, its possibilities, current limitations, and the planned roll-out procedure. We are excited to offer this custom solution, which we believe represents a rare and distinctive resource for our scientists.
