VBCF NGS — In-house PIP-seq Request Form

Dear VBCF-NGS User Community,

As presented in last week's seminar, we are ready to take on PIP-seq requests using in-house-generated reagents and protocol. If you would like to use this service, please complete the attached form and send it to ngs-support@vbcf.ac.at. Our single-cell specialists will get back to you.
Here's the roll-out procedure again:
1. Submit a request that includes the project description; the facility will perform initial prioritization and select requests based on feasibility.
2. Complete mandatory hands‑on training at VBCF‑NGS (maximum two scientists per training for the pilot); the pilot will include processing 4 samples at VBCF‑NGS and 4 samples in your lab, and library preparation and sequencing will be provided by VBCF‑NGS.
3. After successful completion of the VBCF‑NGS training, core reagents will be made available at MTD.

Best wishes,
Your VBCF-NGS Team (Andreas Sommer)
