VBCF NGS — Reminder: PIP-seq seminar Tomorrow!

Dear VBCF-NGS User Community,

Based on a fruitful collaboration with the MTD (Molecular Tool Development) facility, we have been working on establishing an in-house single-cell sequencing solution. We now believe the a first protocol is mature enough to be shared with our users and to be tested in the context of real scientific experiments. To ensure a smooth process, we will initially limit this service to VBC scientists. Tomorrow, May 27, we would like to present this solution to you and discuss the technical background, its possibilities, current limitations, and the planned roll-out procedure. We are excited to offer this custom solution, which we believe represents a rare and distinctive resource for our scientists.
